Co- fermented with 5% Viognier and aged exclusively in neutral French oak, this Syrah expresses the full potential this variety is capable of achieving in the cool climate of the Santa Rita Hills appellation.

A compelling example of what can be achieved with Pinot Noir from Santa Rita Hills, this wine captures the natural balance and complexity of this special appellation. The aromas blend bright cherries and blueberries with a subtle and distinguished earthiness expressed as dried oregano, white pepper and black tea. An engaging, seductive texture is supported with a backbone of French oak and finely- grained tannins.
