Wine Club Subscription Policies

Due to legal restrictions, we are only permitted to ship wine to the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IA, KS, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VT, VA, WA, WV & WI.

There is no cost to join the Peake Ranch Subscription Membership. Membership lasts as long as you are happy with your subscription, though we request a minimum commitment of 2 shipments. 

Member discounts apply to all wines and merchandise EXCEPT Grüner Veltliner and Rosé. The discount can not be combined with other promotions and can not be used towards shipping, other exclusions may apply to future wines as well. Members in our VI tier will be charged a $20 flat rate for each member shipment. For XII members, shipping is included in the cost of the shipment. Standard shipping costs apply for all other orders outside of membership shipments. Memberships are billed in Spring and Fall (weather-dependent). Shipments are customizable and you will be able to add or exchange wines to ensure you get what you want in every shipment. Grüner Veltliner and Rosé are excluded from member shipments customization, and other future exclusion may apply. You will receive an email notification 10 days prior to the billing of your shipment, letting you know your selection and add-on options. You can choose an alternate shipping date or to skip the shipment altogether. Charges appear as Peake Ranch Winery. 

Pickups: All pickups will be available for two weeks beginning the day that your credit card is charged. For the upcoming Fall 2023 shipment the pickup window is October 30th – November 12th. In order to pickup your shipment please select ‘Pickup At Winery’ within your member portal. If you are unable to pickup during the two week window, please do not choose this option.  Wine that has not been picked up during the window will be shipped complimentary for XII members and for a $20 flat rate for VI members. We request you let us know you will be coming to pickup your wine by booking a tasting appointment via TOCK during the pickup window and selecting ‘yes’ when asked if the appoinment is for member pickup.

Shipping: When your shipment is mailed, you will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date. There may be times your shipment will be delayed due to weather, in this case you will be notified of the delay. We suggest that you provide an address that will assure you receive the delivery, such as a place of business. Someone over the age of 21 must be present to sign for your order.

Three delivery attempts will be made before the shipper returns the wine to us. If the wine is returned to the winery, we can reship the order for a $20 fee. We do not offer a pickup option for membership shipments at this time. In the unlikely event that a bottle arrives damaged, notify us as soon as possible so we can rectify the problem for you.
